A service of CRG Leadership Institute LLC
We welcome you to our Community .... In order to make the Executive Success Partners Community a great place to be and hang out for all of us, here's what your community members ask of you:
Be Real Human Beings
In order to be a member of our community, you must sign up with a valid and verifiable email address. We also require that you use your real name or a nickname that you go by. A profile picture -- in good taste -- is also strongly encouraged -- it is nice to be able to connect a name with a face. We will not be able to approve membership profiles that are missing any of the above elements. Limiting membership to sincerely interested and "real" community members keeps the conversations constructive and means no one has to deal with anonymous trolls and lurkers.
Aim for Respectful, Constructive Conversations
Without constructive feedback and discussion, we won't be able to achieve our collective goal of enabling members to get the most out of our community. Without respect and civility, constructive feedback and discussion is impossible. Therefore, respect and civility need to be the hallmarks of this community.
Share the Love
Share what you know and help out other community members in any way you can. Being generous with your time and knowledge can pay dividends now and in the future -- what goes around comes around. Hopefully you too will receive acts of kindness and generosity from other members of this community.
Search Before Posting
It's possible that there's already a conversation or discussion that has taken place about a topic you want to discuss and keeping it all in one place makes it easier for everyone who's interested. Take a look through the forums first to see if your topic is out there somewhere already.
Keep your posts on-topic and in the correct category of the forum. Keep any other comments relevant to the content they're attached to. Drive-by comments with no substance don't add to the conversation, they just make it harder to follow. Our Community Executive Director will reserve the right to remove off-topic comments and posts at his discretion in order to keep the conversation relevant.
Promote Your Own Products, Services or Business (Unless you're an approved Community Expert, approved Career Coach, or a Recommended Author)
This is not the place to advertise services, solicit business, drop affiliate links or recruit new members to your own Ning Network. Linking to your Ning Network on your profile page is fine, but linking to it repeatedly on comment walls or as a signature on forum posts or replies is not.
Harass or Insult Other Members
Making personal attacks, insulting other members, or discussing a specific community member, administrator or community management staff in a negative way is not okay. The two golden rules are: if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all; and treat others as you'd like them to treat you.
"Headhunting" and Recruiting by Recruiting Professionals
Our site is meant to be a place where members can "hang out" and share information and experiences freely with others. We therefore discourage use of this site by executive recruiters, "headhunters" and other recruiting professionals specifically for recruiting purposes. Networking between Community members may result in one member becoming aware of job opportunities offered by another member, which we generally view as acceptable activity. If you are uncomfortable with any activity you view as a recruiting or "headhunting" gesture, please contact our Community management team.
Post Private Information
Do not publicly reveal information like your email address, phone numbers or physical addresses.
Spam is posting the same message repeatedly across the community platform. Spam is writing the same post or comment over and over again. Spam is sending the same message to multiple members. Spam is promoting or advertising external services, websites or other products. Please don't spam.
We hope you enjoy the experience, the learning, the "conversation" and the sharing you do with our Community. Thank you!
