Career Success!

A service of CRG Leadership Institute LLC

What's one of the worst jobs you had that ended up teaching you some of the most invaluable skills?

For me..working in a dry cleaner after college and between career transitions. It was really hard work, no AC, but I learned so much about process, multi-tasking and customer service.

I worked as a security guard in a warehouse on the overnigths. It was scary because we had alot of breakins. I learned that if you get broken into, do not try to be a hero either run or you can do as my eldest brother did, spend all night with a gang that has broken in and he played a shreud game of go  with the flow till the gang left next morning and he was unharmed. We had no protection but our mentel wit to survive.
